Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day administration of equity plans (ISO/NQs, RSUs/PSUs, ESPP) and assist with equity-related special projects.
  • •Communicate with equity plan participants to resolve questions about vesting, transactions, enrollment, and related inquiries using escalation processes.
  • •Maintain participant-facing FAQ documents and keep participant training materials up to date.
  • •Contribute to development of equity-related policies and procedures.
  • •Analyze employee and agent feedback and operational metrics to propose process improvement and automation opportunities while staying current on relevant regulations and industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • •General understanding of US federal and state taxation.
