  • •Manage Global Product Team and Global Development Team meetings by defining objectives, capturing and disseminating outcomes and action items, and following up on critical actions.
  • •Drive alignment and accountability within program teams by fostering leadership, strategic thinking, and high standards.
  • •Champion program management best practices using dashboards, templates, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and planning.
  • •Report program information to the Executive Team and stakeholders; contribute to long-range planning and budgetary planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in a scientific subject (preferred).
  • •PMP certification (desirable).
  • •7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development with Phase 2 and 3 projects and cross-functional project teams (preferred).
  • •7+ years of hands-on project management experience at a fast-paced company (preferred).
  • •Experience with timeline management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and P6; strong critical thinking and communication skills.
