Job Summary

Lead technical delivery of agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, partnering with a Deployment Strategist to own outcomes end to end—from architecture decisions through production handoff. Build on the Agentforce platform (agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails), own the data lifecycle across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, resolve difficult integration and deployment blockers, and mentor engineers while influencing roadmap gaps from the field.

Key Responsibilities

•Own customer outcomes end-to-end by partnering with a Deployment Strategist and acting as senior technical authority.
•Design and ship agentic systems on Agentforce, including agent logic, tool calls, and multi-agent orchestration with deterministic guardrails.
•Own the data lifecycle for AI applications, including model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
•Resolve hard technical blockers such as data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, and performance regressions.
•Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions, codify reusable patterns and playbooks from customer work, and provide technical depth for at-risk deployments.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
•Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and conversant in the others.
•Integrated LLMs into production and applied prompt engineering and responsible AI practices using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
•Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
