Junior Merchandiser Home - Lighting and Wall Decor

Plan and optimise the Home wall decor product range by forecasting and driving sales, profit, stock, SKUs, availability, margin, and risk. Work with the Category Lead and Buyer to build effective range planning and pricing to deliver market-leading assortments. Lead in-season trading, manage inventory flow and open-to-buy, and task manage Merchandising Assistants while coordinating closely with trade planning, supply chain, sourcing, and supplier relationships.
