Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement infrastructure/processes to efficiently process and secure EPC project documentation.
  • •Coordinate assembly, reproduction, revision control, and submission of final EPC document books.
  • •Receive/retrieve vendor and customer documentation in required formats.
  • •Collect, scan, and upload documents following set procedures, then assemble and load them into the Customer Document Management System.
  • •Work closely with Project Manager and interact with customers and vendors to support compliant delivery processes and documentation timelines.
