Job Summary

Lead client engagement and sales development for Visa’s consulting arm, working at the intersection of Commercial Money Movements, stablecoin and digital assets, and AI-driven fintech innovation. Build and manage a CMS and emerging-payments consulting pipeline, develop new consulting propositions, and deliver executive-level insights. Partner with Visa product, risk, and innovation teams and represent Visa externally through thought leadership across Hong Kong.

•Lead sales engagement across Hong Kong clients in CMS, stablecoin, AI, and fintech domains.
•Build and manage a consulting pipeline and drive revenue growth.

•Lead complex consulting engagements and deliver executive-level insights.
•Collaborate across Visa product, risk, and innovation teams and drive thought leadership externally.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in consulting, banking, payments, fintech, or related financial services industries.
•Strong client engagement and sales experience, with proven ability to originate and close consulting engagements.
•Solid understanding of the financial services landscape, including payments, CMS, or digital assets.
•Strong understanding of web 3 and the stablecoin ecosystem, including regulations and the business environment.
•Experience translating AI insights into business impact, including applying AI/analytics to solve client problems and drive decision-making.
