Job Summary

Seasoned Contract Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, mission-critical program delivering enterprise DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Observability, FinOps, and AI-enabled services across multiple classification domains. You will serve as the primary customer interface, providing strategic leadership, technical oversight, financial management, and workforce direction for a large, complex environment supporting thousands of developers and hundreds of mission applications. Own full lifecycle delivery with P&L responsibility and executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical, cost, schedule, and contractual matters.
•Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and mission partners.
•Provide strategic direction, program governance, and executive-level reporting.
•Own full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budget execution, revenue, and margin performance.
•Lead staffing, onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel development.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience directing large-scale technical programs within the IC or DoD.
•Experience leading Agile software delivery, DevSecOps pipelines, and cloud-centric technical programs.
•Strong leadership, communication, and customer-interface skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
•US Citizenship Required.
