Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed breakdown structures and integrate data across controls functions.
  • •Coordinate estimating sessions to establish a market-tested cost baseline and planning workshops to compile the master programme schedule baseline.
  • •Manage risk processes and perform qualitative and quantitative assessments to support cost and schedule predictability.
  • •Lead baseline updates and change management to manage schedule, interfaces, cost, risk, and changes effectively.
  • •Report deviations using lead/lag indicators, identify trends and root causes, and drive remedial actions with stakeholders.

  • •Proven experience delivering controls in a major project/programme environment.
  • •Experience managing a multi-functional controls team.
  • •Proficiency with controls/general software including Primavera (P6), Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
