Project Controls Manager

Lead a multi-functional project controls team supporting major UK construction projects. Embed breakdown structures, coordinate estimating and planning workshops to establish realistic cost and schedule baselines, and manage risk, updates, interfaces, costs, and changes. Guide the principal contractor and client to improve delivery, cash flow, and KPI performance through trend/root-cause analysis and effective stakeholder sign-off.
