Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with suppliers for incoming shipments and delivery schedules, including receiving, inspection, and recording of materials and equipment.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels, including monitoring stock movements and minimum/maximum stock levels.
  • •Organize and manage warehouse storage to ensure efficient utilization of space, and arrange deliveries and transfers to operational locations.
  • •Prepare inventory, stock, and warehouse performance reports, and conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
  • •Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities while ensuring safety, housekeeping, and compliance for equipment, spare parts, and consumables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics in a similar operational environment.
  • •Physically capable of handling warehouse activities, including occasional lifting, movement, and inspection of materials and equipment.
  • •Proficiency in Excel (preferred).
  • •Strong inventory management, stock control, supplier coordination, and logistics planning skills.
