Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations for each client’s needs.
•Educate and empower clients by demonstrating product expertise.
•Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
•Be available during peak retail operations and meet required weekly shifts/hours while upholding Sephora standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.8 - 22.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
