Job Summary

Lead the delivery of climate risk assessment work for power, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, insurance, and reinsurance clients across the Americas. Partner with clients to define objectives, analyze climate/catastrophe/exposure data, and translate findings into actionable risk strategies. Manage multiple projects, oversee deliverables and quality, and present recommendations through workshops and executive discussions while advancing improved methodologies and advisory offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and continuously refine climate risk assessment workflows and client solutions across North America.
•Partner with clients to understand objectives, risk exposures, and decision-making needs; analyze climate/catastrophe/exposure data to produce actionable insights.
•Develop practical approaches for risk and resilience recommendations, guiding adoption of enhanced methodologies, analytics, and climate risk frameworks.
•Manage multiple concurrent projects, including defining objectives, building plans, setting timelines, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress.
•Lead client presentations and review technical analyses, project documentation, and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•7+ years of experience in climate risk, catastrophe modeling, risk advisory, insurance, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
•Experience performing physical climate risk assessments using catastrophe, natural hazard, or climate risk models.
•Strong understanding of risk analysis principles applied to business, infrastructure, insurance, or resilience challenges.
•Demonstrated consulting experience translating complex technical information into clear business recommendations, including managing complex projects with multiple collaborators and deliverables.
