Job Summary

Partner with senior management to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, producing executive presentations and finance slides to support commercial decisions. Manage FP&A communication and ensure timely reporting submissions across stakeholders. Lead margin-focused analyses (sell-in/sell-out, PVM, scenario and sensitivity), ROI analysis for marketing spend, and channel reporting including MaEx, OOH, PEX, and CAPEX tracking. Serve as key user for SAP AFS and provide insights for profitability improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and executive presentations in partnership with senior management.
•Coordinate FP&A submissions and manage stakeholder communications to ensure timely reporting.
•Perform margin and commercial analyses (sell-in vs sell-out, PVM mix, standard/Go-in margin, scenario and sensitivity) to identify R&O and impacts on margins.
•Prepare channel and brand performance reporting, including MaEx, OOH/T&E, PEX, CAPEX tracking, and FP&A reporting deliverables.
•Act as key user for SAP AFS and respond to queries from business, auditors, and government authority officers; support ad-hoc assignments.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years’ experience in finance in a commercial environment, or 4 years in a leading public accounting firm.
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data for insights.
•Solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles, with high attention to detail and accuracy under strict deadlines.
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•Prior experience with SAP, PowerBI, and MicroStrategy is a plus.
