Key Responsibilities

•Provide L3 cloud managed services by monitoring, investigating, and resolving cloud incidents and problems.
•Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure to keep services operational with minimal disruption.
•Conduct checks, apply monitoring tools, respond to alerts, and log issues with root-cause analysis.
•Support third-line support escalations, provide on-site technical support when required, and collaborate with third-party vendors.
•Manage and implement cloud domain projects, including disaster recovery functions and tests, plus infrastructure optimization and automation.

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP; at least one primary).
•Design, deploy, and operate production cloud infrastructure with strong compute, networking, storage, and security fundamentals.
•Hands-on experience with Hybrid Cloud environments (on-premises to public cloud connectivity).
•Proven Infrastructure as Code skills with Terraform, including modules, state management, and multi-environment deployments.
•Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred) for technical discussions with Japanese customers.
