Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise personnel administration and validate payroll-related processes, including weekly/biweekly payroll preparation and updates tied to IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SOX, organizational changes, severance, and terminations.
  • •Manage additional benefits administration and ensure proper access to benefits/compensation information for employees in compliance with statutes and policy.
  • •Audit and maintain the organizational structure to ensure alignment between local and global systems.
  • •Address operational plant requirements with the on-site union delegate, and manage labor relations compliance using CBA, internal work regulations, and federal labor law.
  • •Conduct union petition evaluation and support collective bargaining agreement negotiation activities; assist HR Manager in labor investigations and disciplinary measures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of HR experience in complex organizations or greenfield operations/plant settings.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • •Strong knowledge of HR processes including labor relations, personnel administration, and employee services.
  • •Business-level English fluency.
  • •Experience leading people with knowledge of Mexican Labor Law in a unionized environment.
