Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify innovation opportunities for high-performance polymeric materials used in PCB applications.
  • •Design thermoset polymer formulations, create prototypes, and improve material designs based on test results and customer feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry and physics, especially thermoset systems and inorganic-filled formulations.
  • •Solid understanding of PCB manufacturing, electronic materials, and semiconductor packaging technologies.
  • •Hands-on experience in formulation development and materials characterization.
