Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive organic growth of the aftermarket business, focusing on service sales, spare parts, maintenance contracts, and lifecycle solutions.
  • •Increase recurring revenue through service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, monitoring solutions, and other subscription-based offerings.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a nationwide aftermarket sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • •Manage customer and channel relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners; support contract negotiations and account growth.
  • •Monitor business performance, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with service operations, product management, and finance to improve commercial effectiveness and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in sales leadership, aftermarket sales, service sales, or industrial equipment sales.
  • •Experience managing and leading sales teams.
  • •Strong ability to develop and execute growth strategies and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • •Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and business expansion objectives.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; preferred but not required industrial sales experience.
