Key Responsibilities

•Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
•Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
•Develop and disseminate informational financial materials for service members and families.
•Coordinate, publicize and deliver Personal Financial Management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle.
•Use virtual counseling tools (web chat, video, secure teleconference) as authorized by program office.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,440 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required (or combination of education and work experience may be considered)
•3+ years of financial counseling experience
•Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English
•If required by contract, bilingual in English and Spanish
•Must have AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification (or equivalent) and be able to obtain adjudicated Tier 2 clearance
