Key Responsibilities

•Advise RMs/branches/internal departments on incomplete information and supporting/underlying documents for LLD and FX transactions before processing by Payment Ops.
•Check and verify supporting/underlying documents for LLD transactions above USD threshold and for purchase foreign currency payments to be processed by Payment Ops.
•Assign the correct LLD code for LLD transactions and LHBU code for purchase FCY based on the purpose of payment and supporting documents.
•Validate incoming IDR for non-resident accounts for transactions exceeding USD threshold and track daily instructions in RMS/IQA/PATRIC.
•Monitor outstanding payment regulatory cases, ensure solutions meet SLA, handle stakeholder queries, and reallocate pending transactions across the team.

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in Financial Industry in Payment Operations for both domestic and cross-border payments.
•Good knowledge in Payment Product.
•Good analytical skills.
•Detail-oriented and passionate about numbers.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
