Key Responsibilities

•Attend briefing to understand flight details, roles, targets, and security checks; ensure grooming, fitness, and legality for assignments.
•Instruct passengers on safety procedures and identify safety/security risks; coordinate with Cabin Supervisor to follow SOPs.
•Provide excellent customer service during boarding and throughout the flight; manage passenger needs and requests; assist with cash and donation handling.
•Contribute to onboard revenue and charity programs by promoting meals, products, and services; maintain accurate logbook data.
•Carry out pre-flight checks, ensure cabin is prepared, and handover to/from catering, cleaning and maintenance staff as required.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
