Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise assigned laborers and ensure compliance with work orders, company policies, regulations, and assignments.
  • •Ensure crew readiness for daily assignments, including preparation of truck/trailer, tools, equipment, and job materials.
  • •Oversee safe, legal loading/unloading and driving of vehicles and motorized equipment.
  • •Ensure work is completed on time, safely, and cost-effectively while meeting company standards and procedures.
  • •Maintain site cleanliness and report progress, problems, safety hazards, and maintenance needs to supervisors; interact with clients as requested.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.5 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of prior industry work experience.
  • •Supervisory/leadership experience in Kensington or Rockville.
  • •Clean driving record and willingness to learn English.
  • •Hands-on leadership working alongside the crew with landscaping experience.
  • •Ability to ensure compliance with work orders, company policies, regulations, and OSHA safety standards.
