Key Responsibilities

•Own Go-to-Market planning: lead the go-to-market strategy, execution, and launch of multi-touch, integrated demand-generation campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
•Build awareness & community: scale partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and founders through exclusive experiences and events.
•Scale digital engine: manage monthly startup digital footprint across owned and paid channels (newsletter, events, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube).
•Activate influencers & advocates: establish and manage relationships with startup influencers and founders to amplify Airwallex's story.
•Convert pipeline quickly: design and deploy automated email nurture and outbound campaigns to convert awareness into program interest.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of growth or startup marketing experience with a track record in full-stack B2B marketing, growth marketing, or ecosystem management in startup/accelerator/VC landscapes.
•Strong hands-on experience across physical community building (events, dinners) and digital growth mechanics (integrated campaigns, email nurtures, etc.).
•Autonomous, entrepreneurial operator comfortable in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and the ability to build programs from scratch.
•Ruthless conversion focus with direct accountability for KPIs like program enrollments, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
•Flawless relationship management with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with top VC partners, startup founders, and influencers.
