Key Responsibilities

  • •Support level procurement activities with primary focus on RTR, ensuring effective procurement and inventory management processes.
  • •Provide guidance to buyers across global sites when procurement setup or process issues arise.
  • •Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance supply chain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools for business decision-making.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics (service level, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, procurement performance) and identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • •Drive inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., ABC classification reviews, safety stock analysis) and prepare data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • •2-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, business analytics, reporting, automation, or a related area.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
  • •Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including working with performance metrics.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools, plus strong communication and presentation skills.
