Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Mine

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to mine leadership, aligning people and workforce strategies with operational goals and production targets. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and readiness initiatives across the transition from construction to operations. Drive talent and succession management, coach leaders on people management and change leadership, and use HR metrics to improve productivity, engagement, retention, and inclusion outcomes on a site-based 4/2 roster.
