Publish and manage regulatory submission packages using Veeva Vault RIM and Veeva Vault publishing tools, ensuring documents are prepared, formatted, hyperlinked, bookmarked, validated, and packaged to meet eCTD and global regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, and Document Management teams to maintain submission readiness, trackers, timelines, and communication logs, while providing technical support and optimizing publishing workflows in compliance with SOPs and GxP guidelines.
