Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in the Key Private Client Program, building and deepening end-to-end client relationships through a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Identify opportunities during client conversations, recommend and refer investment and insurance solutions, and help clients open accounts and achieve goals using up to $2M in investable assets. Partner with branch teams and business lines, build referral pipelines, and maintain compliance through accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and understanding the impact of recommendations on financial wellness.
•Provide customized financial wellness recommendations and deliver solutions through referrals for investment and insurance products.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline using internal/external centers of influence and a disciplined prospecting approach.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services, plus competitive offerings, to support meaningful client conversations.
•Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions as needed and ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
