Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and support month-end and year-end closing activities across CEE markets, ensuring delivery of accounting data, reporting packages, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
  • •Act as a key point of contact between SSC Poznań, local finance organizations, and external accounting providers, facilitating stakeholder alignment across the region.
  • •Monitor the quality and completeness of accounting deliverables from external service providers and support resolution of accounting discrepancies while ensuring policy/compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate statutory audits, compliance reviews, and tax and transfer pricing requirements with proper documentation and governance.
  • •Drive accounting process improvements and harmonization initiatives, including implementation of new policies and participation in regional and global finance projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience in accounting, finance operations, SSC, or an audit environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, including month-end/year-end closing, consolidation, and reconciliation across multiple entities.
  • •Experience working in multinational, multi-country, or shared service environments.
  • •Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems used in international organizations.
  • •Fluent English with strong communication skills to collaborate across functions, countries, and external service providers.
