Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive product strategy for significant parts of Airwallex’s lending platform, including embedded and first-party lending.
  • •Lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across origination, underwriting, servicing, repayment, partner enablement, and portfolio optimization.
  • •Identify and evaluate market opportunities and product bets, translating them into multi-quarter roadmaps and execution plans.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, data, commercial, credit risk, legal, compliance, finance, and operations leaders to deliver outcomes.
  • •Build scalable product frameworks and mentor other product managers to raise product craft and strategic clarity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of overall professional experience, including substantial product management experience in fintech, financial services, lending, or other complex regulated domains.
  • •Strong track record leading large, ambiguous product areas from strategy through execution with measurable business impact.
  • •Deep experience building, scaling, or significantly evolving lending, credit, or embedded finance products.
  • •Strong commercial and analytical judgment balancing customer needs, business performance, and risk considerations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic achievement.
