Staff Data Scientist - Long Term Impact

Develop and improve frameworks to estimate long-term causal impact from short-term product and platform changes. You’ll build reusable tools and models used across Airbnb’s Data Science teams, create evaluation frameworks for how impact evolves over time, and develop causal inference approaches (experiments, econometric regressions, and quasi-experiments) to measure a wide range of impacts. Success means better long-term impact estimation in practice.
