Wire bonding Technician

Package, test, and wire bond custom infrared image sensors in a clean-room environment, working closely with engineers to prepare silicon wafers, assemble ceramic sensor packages, and perform visual and electrical inspections. Operate automated probe test stations and custom test equipment to collect image data, including installing sensor chip assemblies into liquid-nitrogen high-vacuum test systems. Emphasis is on precision microelectronics handling and maintaining cryogenic and clean-room test operations.
