Job Summary

Lead the design, development and delivery of Flight Operations Services for the A400M fleet, coordinating cross-functional teams and external providers to ensure safe, efficient operations; manage projects, customer relations, and KPIs while delivering Aerodata products (NavDB, terrain databases) and supporting business development for military aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, integrate and deliver Flight Operations Services on time, on cost and on quality for Military Aircraft Customers to operate Airbus Defense and Space aircrafts safely and efficiently.
•Manage technically all resources (internal and subcontracted workpackages) allocated to Flight Operations Services worldwide.
•Provide OTQC for contracted services including customer queries resolution and product deliveries.
•Collaborate with internal departments (Service Programme Managers, Procurement, Legal, Design Offices, other Airbus SAS departments) to define and operate Flight Operations Services.
•Develop and implement Project Management Plans with work packages, budgets, timelines and KPIs to meet program requirements and regulatory standards.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in project management in TAS or similar.
•Strong understanding of Airbus organization and ability to communicate value propositions to diverse audiences.
•Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
•Willingness to travel internationally for customer support, training, and operational engagements.
