Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide pricing support to Relationship Managers by negotiating FX rates outside standard board rates within approved discretionary pricing guidelines and delegated authorities.
  • •Design and deliver FX spot product training/financial education to frontline colleagues and support responsible client discussions (segregation of duties).
  • •Independently review pricing requests from frontline and approve or decline with appropriate documentation.
  • •Provide governance over FX pricing discounts and apply discretionary margins within approved authorities, considering trade size/frequency, relationship value and market conditions.
  • •Perform daily oversight of pricing exceptions, including escalation, remediation, and transparent reporting; coordinate lead management and ensure tracking and closure in line with agreed processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business (or related) and/or a relevant professional qualification.
  • •ACI Dealing Certificate (completed).
  • •RDR Level 4 qualification (Dip CII, CISI or equivalent) completed or in progress.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in an active trading environment.
  • •Strong governance and discretionary pricing controls mindset, including audit trail expectations and escalation.
