Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform ski and snowboard services using available service and grinding machines with professional expertise.
  • •Sharpen and polish edges, repair damaged bases, and carry out hot wax, structure, and finish work according to quality standards.
  • •Conduct final quality inspections and ensure workshop orders are completed correctly.
  • •Mount and adjust ski bindings per manufacturer and company instructions, run binding tests, and document them properly.
  • •Receive service orders, plan and process them on time, maintain workshop cleanliness and work-safety standards, and support customers with friendly technical advice.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in ski service, a bicycle workshop, or a comparable technical role is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of winter sports is desirable.
  • •Technical or hands-on vocational training is preferred.
  • •Good German skills, including basic communication, organization, and documentation ability.
  • •Confident handling of service devices, machines, and tools.
