Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and DOT inspections, and follow up repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in a shop environment.
•Diagnose, adjust, and repair trailer equipment and systems including aluminum/chem-lite, trailer brakes, air lines, pumps, engines, liftgates, and frames; weld and fabricate as needed.
•Document work performed, parts used, and RO findings using company devices and/or Karmak application; upload photos as required.
•Maintain a clean, safe work environment; manage multiple tasks with priority-based time allocations.
•Communicate with the Shop Manager and support team to obtain approvals on estimates and discuss RO findings.

Salary: USD 24.23 - 36.35 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related field experience (or equivalent degree/certification).
•Possess a set of hand tools necessary to perform required duties.
•OEM training and certifications are preferred.

•Must be at least 21 years old due to interstate commerce regulations.
