Key Responsibilities

•Set the security agenda for the platform and lead the security roadmap end-to-end, from developer defaults to enterprise controls
•Maintain the balance between security and developer experience, ensuring protections without unduly hindering velocity
•Lead security strategy for AI agents, including authentication, scopes, and auditing of agent activity
•Own the security product surface, driving the roadmap for tooling like firewall, security advisors, audit logs, Supabase Vault, and IAM primitives
•Define the unified access model across Supabase (roles, permissions, tokens, OAuth, SSO, SCIM) and drive cross-cutting RFCs to shipped code

Key Requirements

•7+ years in product management with security, identity and access, infrastructure, or developer platform products
•Deep working knowledge of authentication, authorization (RBAC, RLS), audit logging, secrets management, OAuth
•Track record leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Security, GTM, and Compliance and driving RFCs end-to-end
•Comfortable in a remote, async, write-it-down culture
•Exceptional writing ability for customer-facing security disclosures, threat models, docs or one-pagers for CISOs
