Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior and mid-level EHS consultants in drafting and implementing EHS procedures and developing/maintaining EHS legal registers.
  • •Conduct and support risk assessments and help implement environmental and/or safety management systems (including ISO 14001/ISO 45001).
  • •Assist with preparing and submitting environmental permit applications and support liaising with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • •Participate in environmental and health & safety compliance audits and help prepare audit reports and follow-up action plans.
  • •Provide environmental and health & safety advice to the client as part of a junior-mid EHS consulting role.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • •0–3 years of experience in EHS consulting or related fields (internships or academic projects in EHS are valued).
  • •Basic knowledge of Belgian EHS regulations and permitting processes.
  • •Basic knowledge of management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus).
  • •Strong communication (verbal and written) in English and Dutch/French.
  • •Hold a diploma as an environmental coordinator (level A or B) or as a Prevention Advisor (Level 1 or 2 is considered a strong plus.
