•Equipment Expertise: Understand the core function of each PCS equipment type; Demonstrate knowledge of design concepts; Learn common failure modes; Identify parameters each equipment can measure
•Maintenance and Procedure: Understand maintenance procedures; Learn how teams schedule maintenance; Establish expectations and constraints for failure conditions
•Fleet Health Visibility: Compile data sets and rank health; Evaluate parameter values using SPC; Build/modify dashboards; Automate escalations; Create/enforce fleet health procedures
•Engineering Reliability: Analyze performance; Author preventive-maintenance schedules; Perform root-cause investigations; Lead ROI-based projects
•Team Collaboration: Interface with equipment engineer peers; Manage priorities and track progress
