Job Summary

Lead and manage associates within the Service Operations Department, partnering with the Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory and execute service functions. Coach associates through observations, support hiring and training, and monitor key performance measures to drive operational success. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and the customer experience, resolve customer concerns, and manage the department/location Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) program.

•Monitor and maintain key performance measures to ensure operational success.
•Execute continuous improvement initiatives and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, including managing the EH&S program for the department/location.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 61,500 - 107,700 annually
