Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute legal administrative processes to manage legal risk, including legal holds, settlement agreement processing, and supporting litigation discovery and case preparation.
  • •Prepare and complete routine legal documents and filings (e.g., bankruptcy, subpoenas, garnishments) with support from internal and external legal.
  • •Manage legal matters in billing and matter management systems and handle invoice processing.
  • •Monitor the Americas legal email box, manage correspondence (including copying/faxing/mail), and maintain calendars and meeting arrangements.
  • •Create and edit presentation materials, coordinate project materials, communicate with internal teams and outside counsel, and support special projects and corporate objectives.
