Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the execution, governance and analytics delivery across global regions, ensuring alignment with analytics priorities and investment transparency.
•Maintain operating rhythms, governance artefacts, roadmaps and dashboards to track progress, risks and dependencies.
•Act as the central coordination point with product, analytics, technology, regional teams and corporate functions to enable delivery.
•Support planning and budgeting for analytics initiatives, developing business cases and resource plans.
•Prepare decision-ready analyses and materials for senior analytics leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience in strategy, analytics operations, or analytics/broking roles, preferably with broking or analytics background.
•Strong ability to structure complex problems and translate ambiguity into clear plans and narratives.
•Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience producing executive-ready materials.
•Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across a global, matrixed organisation.
•Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
