Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide programme and project leadership to oversee delivery across schedule, interfaces, costs, variations, contracts, and risks.
  • •Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan aligned to the Contracting Entity’s standards, methodologies, and objectives.
  • •Manage relationships with the Airport Transformation Manager and other key stakeholders.
  • •Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, including direction, oversight, and performance monitoring.
  • •Coordinate project integration, governance (including RACI), design reviews/approvals, reporting, risk register maintenance, and change control.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years delivering major civil infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Experience delivering aviation and/or other major projects in operationally complex, live infrastructure environments.
  • •Extensive experience managing on-site construction/project delivery with responsibility for cost, schedule, risk, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • •Experience working with the NEC Suite of Contracts in a client, contractor, or consultancy environment.
  • •Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor Project Managers with strong client-facing leadership skills.
