Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with consumers and small businesses by engaging them in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while maintaining an excellent digital-first client experience. Partner with branch team members to proactively follow up, recommend solutions, and support operational accuracy and excellence.

Key Requirements

•Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems; experience demonstrating digital/self-service technologies is preferred.
