Sr. Corp Counsel, L&E

Provide senior legal counsel on labor and employment matters, advising CarMax corporate departments, HR, and managers across assigned regions and states. Manage compliance risk under federal and state employment laws, serve as point of contact for employment issues, and represent the company in arbitration hearings, litigation, and regulatory investigations. Lead and manage large-scale employment legal projects and collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and new innovations.
