Job Summary

Coordinate planning activities for display fabrication, partnering with Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and business units to ensure sales orders and opportunities are set up correctly in SAP. Manage schedule transitions between pilot and volume manufacturing, analyze slotting and metrics, and maintain milestone routings globally. Initiate and validate demand in MRP, research engineering change orders, resolve data integrity issues, and improve planning bills and processes.

Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

•Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and business units to ensure opportunities and sales orders are set up correctly in SAP.
•Coordinate schedule transition between pilot and volume manufacturing and other business group transitions.
•Analyze and maintain slotting reports; run and report metrics.
•Manage order pull/push-outs analysis and maintain milestone routings for products and test strategies globally.
•Initiate demand in MRP, monitor and validate MRP accuracy, research engineering change orders, adjust planning bills, and resolve data integrity issues.

•Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in planning and the ability to broaden capabilities within the discipline.
•Understands key business drivers and applies them to accomplish assigned work within established guidelines and policies.
•Provides informal guidance to new team members (no supervisory responsibilities).
•Solves straightforward problems by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
•Explains complex information clearly to others in straightforward situations.
