Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience practicing law focused on sanctions compliance and export controls.
  • •JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • •Expertise building programs and deploying compliance tools and technologies for export and sanctions.
  • •Deep expertise in export control laws and U.S. sanctions regulations, including knowledge of key non-U.S. jurisdictions.
  • •Experience conducting risk assessments to strengthen a trade compliance program and proactively mitigate risk.
