Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently under general supervision.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars/trucks using heavy or light duty machinery; control and monitor load-out functions.
  • •Perform and record daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication), inspect equipment for leaks/seeps, and monitor inventory quality.
  • •Maintain clean, orderly, safe work areas, perform grounds/warehouse maintenance (including snow removal and forklift/loader operation), and report safety and maintenance issues.

Key Requirements
