Production Manager

Oversee the manufacturing line to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent progress toward monthly production targets. Lead and support a technician team, manage workflow efficiency, and act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues across assemblies. Enforce quality standards, ensure procedures are followed, and maintain safety compliance. Participate in hiring technicians and drive training and retraining based on manufacturing process knowledge and documentation.
