Fitness Specialist

Create a safe, welcoming member experience by supervising activities and fostering positive relationships with members, residents, partners, and the Simplex team. Teach and support group exercise classes, provide fitness orientations and kinesthetic guidance, and respond to basic first aid/CPR needs as required. Keep the facility clean and well-organized with daily documentation, maintain training alignment, and meet the physical demands of an active, high-paced environment.
