Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for information systems and coordinate IT requirements with the installation’s Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and external agencies.
  • •Participate in the Exercise Life Cycle (ELC) to plan, survey, and determine technical requirements for C2 support; support IT infrastructure setup, transition, and teardown.
  • •Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS), collaborative tools, and related IT equipment during Warfighter Exercises.
  • •Perform system and network administration for SIPR and NIPR environments, ensuring network connectivity, server operations, and software functionality.
  • •Enforce DoD and Army information assurance policies, maintain RMF compliance (including security patches/IAVAs) and manage security authorization processes; oversee knowledge and equipment/asset management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of related IT experience performing systems administration on complex application problems.
  • •DoD Cyber Workforce (DCWF) qualifications per DoD Manual 8140 with a primary Technical Support Specialist (411) and secondary System Administrator (451) role at the Intermediate tier.
  • •Proven experience with Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS) and constructive training simulations, including strong knowledge of Army operations (MDMP and warfighting functions).
  • •Secret security clearance is required.
