Key Responsibilities

  • •Curate the full event agenda, ensuring session descriptions and breakout content align with event strategic goals.
  • •Project manage the Harvey Product Keynote end to end, coordinating with Product and Product Marketing on what gets showcased and how.
  • •Source, manage, and prepare speakers from outreach through rehearsal, including scheduling calls, shaping talking points, and running rehearsals.
  • •Coordinate customer stories for on-stage content with Customer Engagement, and partner cross-functionally to ensure live program quality.
  • •Build programming systems and run-of-show playbooks, analyze post-event data and feedback, and deliver status updates to Leadership.

Salary: USD 122,400 - 183,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in events, content, or programming roles, ideally with exposure to flagship, high-visibility conferences.
  • •Experience developing world-class content for large in-person events, including themes, session design, and speaker curation.
  • •Experience managing speakers directly, including outreach, scheduling, rehearsals, and day-of support.
  • •Strong editorial and storytelling instincts to distill complex business and product priorities into narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong project management skills to run multiple high-profile events and concurrent content workstreams without dropping details.
