Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and profit objectives.
  • •Monitor and act on store KPIs (sales target, conversion rates, UPT, ATV, and footfall trends) to maximize growth.
  • •Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, administrative duties, and enforcing SOPs for cash management, stock handling, refunds/exchanges, and loss prevention.
  • •Lead, manage, and develop the in-store team, including coaching, performance reviews, scheduling, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • •Oversee inventory and merchandising control (replenishment, stockroom organization, audits/stocktakes, damage reporting, and working with buying teams), and provide sales reporting and operational dashboards.
